What countries do you support?
Contractors: almost anywhere we can legally send money. The only exclusions are OFAC-sanctioned regions.
Full-time employees (EOR): 25+ live markets across Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. New markets each quarter.

Should I hire a contractor or a full-time employee?
Contractor: independent worker with their own tools and schedule. Simpler onboarding, lower cost, paid per invoice, milestone, or retainer. No statutory benefits.
EOR: full-time employee. Shor legally employs them in their country and handles statutory benefits, tax withholding, and country-specific severance.
Misclassification creates real tax and legal liability. Our onboarding asks a few questions and recommends the right call for each worker.
How fast can I get started?
Setup happens on a single founder call. You'll talk to Daivik directly. Most founders run their first payroll within their first week with us.
Contractors typically onboard same-day. Full-time EOR employees take 7–14 business days. That's the local statutory registration timeline, not us being slow.
What about compliance?
You don't have to think about it. Localized contracts that update as laws change, statutory benefits and withholdings per country, KYC/KYB on every account, and AML/sanctions screening on every payment.
US tax form collection (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E) and year-end 1099 filing are included.

Yes. If you already have a local entity in a country, we'll run payroll on your entity at a reduced rate.
