What is included in the EOR fee?
Choose a country to see Shor's monthly EOR fee per employee. Salary, employer contributions and benefits are separate employment costs. Currency conversion carries a disclosed 2% FX margin. Any country-specific deposit is quoted before signing and is separate from the monthly fee.

What goes into your estimate?
The calculator adds monthly gross salary, the published employer contribution rates available for your selected country, and Shor's monthly platform fee. Contractor estimates include the payment amount and platform fee, without employee statutory contributions. Cost breakdowns are available where we have published contribution data.
Enter annual gross pay in the country's local currency; the estimate divides it into 12 equal months and displays the result in USD. Employee deductions, where available, appear separately in the PDF and do not increase the employer total.
What should you budget for separately?
This is a planning estimate, not a quote. It does not include additional salary months, bonuses, allowances, optional benefits, deposits, or termination costs. Salary caps, regional rules and individual circumstances can change statutory contributions.
Currency conversion carries a disclosed 2% FX margin. The calculator does not add a separate FX charge to the total; reference exchange rates may differ from the rate available when you pay. Confirm the exchange rate and the full cost for your hire before committing.
